PAYMENT
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card through our secure online checkout. Tennessee residents will have 9.25% sales tax added to their order (you can take that one up with Uncle Sam).
SHIPPING
Delivery is only available within the United States at this time. Orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days via United States Postal Service. The flat fee for shipping anywhere in the United States is $6.00. If you require your Ubooshi merchandise more quickly, please let us know (info@ubooshi.com or 615.599.5922) and we will do what we can to meet your requested delivery date.
RETURN POLICY
We know you will love your Ubooshi garments. If, however, you need to make a return or exchange, we will gladly make the swap or credit your credit card account IF:
1) All items received by Ubooshi are unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Items returned in any other condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Ubooshi is not responsible for any damage which may occur in return shipping so please be sure to pack returns well and insure the package.If your return or exchange meets these criteria, please call 615.599.5922 or email info@ubooshi.com for a return authorization number. Upon receipt of returned items, we will promptly credit your credit card account and send you a confirmation via email.
2) Returns or exchanges MUST be received by Ubooshi within 14 days of the shipping date. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to accept any returns.
Please ship any returns pre-paid and insured. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is not refundable. Any returns sent COD will not be accepted.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
Although we keep close tabs on our inventory, from time to time certain designs will be backordered. If this is the case with your order, we will notify you via email of the additional time required for delivery.
SECURE TRANSACTIONS/YOUR PRIVACY
Ubooshi uses PayPal as our authorized online retailer. PayPal offers proven fraud protection to ensure safe online credit card transactions. All credit card information is encrypted during transmission and then stored on a secure server. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.
We will never sell, loan or giveaway any of your personal information. We will occasionally use your contact information to communicate about current orders or promotions. We do everything in our power to ensure that your individual privacy will never be compromised.
In addition to your security transactions and your privacy, Ubooshi will also protect the privacy of your children. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. All children’s products we sell are for purchase by adults only.
T-SHIRT IMAGES
Different monitors translate colors in different ways. Therefore, although the shirt colors and imprint colors you see on our site will be a good representation of actual colors, they may vary slightly.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES
Ubooshi reserves the right to refuse a promo code at any time. If promo code determined invalid for any reason by Ubooshi, customers will have the option of purchasing merchandise at normal prices or cancel the order and be refunded in full.

GIFT NOTES
If you’d like for us to include a short gift note with your order, please type your message in the space provided during checkout. You may also email the message to info@ubooshi.com prior to product shipment. Please be sure to send the gift note info right away since we will not be able to include any notes that arrive after the order has been fully processed.
SESSION COOKIES
